open track day = 180 + tax,

this event = 150 plus i get to support a local utah tuner business.  I have been considering going to the open track day if biggie won't let me go to the event to compete/race/practice.

I see there is a hyundai and a datsun
That Hyundai has a Mitsubishi engine, and there is no Datsun registered.

open track day = $280 + tax,

this event = 150 plus i get to support a local utah tuner business.

Fixed!

I know a lot of folks are skeptical of entering, as they feel their brakes are not up to par for 20 minute lap sessions.  Understandable... I just upgraded mine as well to prepare for this event.

Nothing says that you have to run the full 20 minutes.  Or run every lap at 10/10ths for 20 minutes.  It is usually best to do a warm up lap, a flyer, and then cool it down and find some running space for a lap or two and then another flyer.

Any openings for other cars?  I see this was asked before but did not see a reply.  Not to compete, just need the cheap track time.  Thanks, John

Yes, the "German Car" turnout is below expectations, so we are allowing any make to participate on Sunday.

That's probably because it originally said it was only for VW/Audi.  Not having either, I already made other plans for the weekend.  Others may have done the same.
